Company origins
Founded in 2005, Applegate Homes has spent over two decades developing the most distinguished private residences on the Wentworth Estate. From our very first home on this estate to our most recent, the same team, the same obsession with craft, and the same refusal to repeat ourselves has carried through every project.
We work exclusively here. Not by limitation, but by conviction. Building on one estate produces a depth of knowledge, a network of relationships, and a quality of output that no generalist can replicate.
