Applegate Homes

Twenty-five years building the Wentworth
Estate's most exceptional homes

Crafted for a Privileged Life

Specialists in the Wentworth Estate and its surrounding private roads

Every home we build combines the grandeur the Wentworth Estate is known for with a specification that is entirely our own.

No two are the same. None are anything less than exceptional.

UNRIVALLED EXCELLENCE

Homes of rare distinction.
Built without exception.

The Applegate portfolio spans some of the most coveted addresses on the Wentworth Estate. Homes of extraordinary scale, from 10,000 to 32,000 square feet, each individually conceived and built entirely in-house.

Our passion for design does not begin at the front door. It begins the moment we set foot on a plot and understand what it can become. It carries through every decision made, every material chosen, and every detail finished by the same craftsmen who have worked with us from the very beginning.

Portfolio

For over twenty-five years, Applegate Homes have built some of the most distinguished properties on the Wentworth Estate. Every site was chosen with the same rigour applied to every decision that followed. Every home was designed around the unique character of its plot, planned through one of the most complex green belt processes in the country, and constructed entirely in-house by a team whose standards have never once been open to negotiation.

The homes you see here are not developments in the conventional sense. They are the result of a lifetime spent understanding one estate, one standard, and what it truly means to build a home worthy of both. Each property in this collection carries the full weight of that understanding. In its proportions, in its materials, in the detail of every room that was considered long before a single wall was raised.
